Description

SPC7L64B is a highly integrated high performance blushless motor controller(SMAPOWCON®:Smart power control)

SPC7L64B integrated 6-ch NMOS Pre-driver, Bootstrap diode, 2-ch LDO,  Multichannel high speed operational amplifier, Multichannel comparator, high speed ADC, coprocessor、multiple general timers, UART, SPI and special module for motor control, which helps customer  achieve minimum BOM cost and maximum flexibility in designing motor control systems.

It uses Cortex-M0 kernel with 64K byte Flash memory and 6K byte RAM memory, up to 64 MHz working frequency, which can satisfy the system application of high performance brushless motor control and simplify system cost.

  • Programmable output driver ability with two levels

  • All GPIO can be used as external interrupt input, support edge and level trigger

Peripheral

  • Built-in 13V and 5V LDO

  • Integrated three-phase high and low side half bridge drive circuit

  • 6-ch NMOS Pre-driver output

  • The highest floating absolute voltage on the high side of the gate drive circuit reaches to 60V

  • Low-side power supply VREG13V and three high-side power supply VBS under-voltage protection

  • Short circuit pulse current of drive circuit up to ±0.8A

  • 2 groups analog comparator (CMP0, CMP10)

  • 3 independent high precision operational amplifiers (OPA0, OPA1, OPA3)

  • 12-bit ADC,maximum 12 channels,conversion rate up to 1Msps,working voltage 2.7~5.5V

  • 1-ch 16-bit Timer0, up to 4 channels and incremental encoder inputs for input capture/output compare/PWM or pulse count 

  • 1-ch 32-bit Timer6 with two independent timer

  • 1-ch 16-bit PWM advanced control timer with dead zone control and emergency brake for motor control

  • 2 watchdog timers (independent and windowed)

  • 1 system time timer: 24-bit self-decreasing counter

  • 1-ch SPI

  • 2-ch UART

  • 1 coprocessor module supporting MAC, DIV, CRC, etc.

Debug and program

  • Two-wire serial port debugging (SWD).

  • Support In-System-Program(ISP), only 5 pins are needed (including VDD and VSS)

  • Support In-Application-Program (IAP)

  • Support program segmentation encryption (user intellectual property protection)
