WHITE
White Christmas - This one quickly became a new house favorite! A blend of rare Mutan White tea with vanilla, almond, and cardamom flavors, then accented with white chamomile flowers. This is a beautiful tea with a wonderful scent and delicate flavor. Not just for Christmas!
Winter White Earl Grey - A wonderful Chinese Mutan White tea with lemony natural Bergamot. This one is Tami's favorite white tea.
White Vanilla Grapefruit- White Teas infused with vanilla and Grapefruit.
The Wedding Tea - Packaged exclusively for Weddings! A blend of exotic Mutan white tea with pink rosebuds, vanilla, and lemon for results that inspire long lasting happiness.
GREEN
Bangkok - Inspired by the rich flavors of Thailand. This green tea with lemongrass, coconut & ginger is very refreshing.
Chinese Flower - Chinese green tea infused w/ citrus, in an arrangement of rosebuds, marigolds & cornflowers. Soft & aromatic.
Citron Green - Japanese Bancha, w/ gentle & pleasing notes of citrus & aromatic orange flowers. Chef Adam makes our croutons with Citron Green tea leaves.
Genmaicha - A different sort of Japanese tea that many find intriguing. While the green leaves are being dried, rice kernels are added. The kernels get crispy and some burst open. The tea has a unique appearance & a pleasant roasted, nutty flavor.
Moroccan Mint - Gunpowder green with peppermint leaves added. Tea drinkers enjoy Gunpowder's pale green brew, with a slightly grassy flavor. It makes a delicious afternoon tea and goes well with any meal.
Tropical Green - Hand-blended green teas from India with marvelous tropical flavors. This is a fresh twist on traditional greens.
Tokyo - A sophisticated green tea with roasted sesame seeds and a hint of caramel.
OOLONG/SCENTED
Formosa Oolong - A peach like aroma and fruity flavor makes this a nice complement to afternoon tea with it's sweets, scones, and tea cakes. Also good after a meal with dessert. Oolongs were originally grown on the island of Taiwan by Chinese who longed for their native oolongs. Formosa Oolong has now surpassed the native oolongs in taste and are still produced on family farms. Special note: Oolong's leaves become sweeter when brewed a second time!
Jasmine- Made from Pouchong tea that is slightly browner than green tea. Fresh jasmine flowers are added to produce a delicate and fragrant brew.
Pu'erh (POO-air) - This wonderful tea has quite a story attached to it. For years it was surrounded by mystery. The flavor is so different that at one time tea experts thought it was a different species of tea. We now know this Chinese black tea is allowed to decay partially during the withering stage, which allows a bacteria to enter the leaf and alter the flavor. It is then buried and aged in the ground. The taste is earthy and very strong. Chef Adam makes a delicious onion soup with Pu'erh tea broth! Ours is sold in compressed tea cakes and is aged 2 years.
BLACK
Big Red Sun - The bold & rich taste of Milima tea from Kenya quieted by the smooth taste of Kenilworth Garden Ceylon. Substantial & satisfying. Can add milk & sugar or honey to taste.
Ceylon Kenilworth - Grown in Sri Lanka's mountains these teas are called self-drinkers because they are unblended and among the world's favorites. They can be enjoyed anytime of the day, especially in the mornings with milk. The color is bright and the flavor is delicate.
Darjeeling - From the tea gardens on the mountain slopes of the Himalayas, ours is a blend of 1st Flush & Autumnal teas. Darjeelings are considered the champagne of teas. True, exquisite Darjeeling teas are still processed the way they were a hundred years ago. A bright taste, w/ muscatel aromas, makes this tea enjoyable any time of the day.
Eight at the Fort- Mr. Harney was asked to blend a special tea for eight world leaders during a summit. He blended a special tea from each area the leaders were from. This is a brisk, clear black tea, very enjoyable.
English Breakfast - 100% China black, from Keemun, tea connoisseurs refer to Keemum as the burgundy of teas. This tea has a full, strong body with a smokey aroma. Excellent with food and a delicious breakfast tea. Historic researchers from Harney & Sons have traced it's heritage back to the teas the English drank regularly in the 1800's. Is there a better way to start your hectic day than with a tea with an ancient pedigree?
Lapsang Souchong - A smokey south China tea. This popular tea is recognized the moment the tin is opened or the first cup is poured. Its flavor and aroma comes from the smoking of the leaves over pine wood fires. We smoke our turkey breasts ourselves using Lapsang Souchong. Try it black or with milk and sugar.
Organic Assam - From the Sewpur Garden in India. Like the little black dress or the navy blue blazer, this is a basic tea you will always want to have on hand. It has a deep color and rich flavor, we recommend it to coffee drinkers who are looking for a full-bodied brew.
Palm Court- A blend of our finest teas; China Black, Assam, Ceylon, and Oolong. A very good, brisk, full tea.
FLAVORED BLACK
Black Currant- Strong fruity notes of Black Currants are masterfully blended with full-bodied Chinese black teas.
Boston- Chinese black tea rolled in the traditional Gongfu discipline then infused with cranberries and roasted almonds. Yum!
Cranberry Autumn-a Delicious blend of black teas, cranberries & orange flavors.
Caribe- A blend of green & black tea, guava & strawberries. Our most exotic flavored tea!
Chocolate Mint - A lovely after dinner tea as a dessert alternative. This tea makes you feel happy!
Earl Grey Supreme - For the connoisseur, we offer Earl Grey Supreme, which uses a higher grade of teas along with the addition of Silver Tips. Once you try this you will never go back to regular Earl Grey. If you love Bergamot and fine tea, this is the blend for you.
Florence- A decadent black tea blend of milk chocolate and hazelnut. One of our most requested.
Hot Cinnamon Spice- Three types of cinnamon, hand-blended into an Asain Black tea, accented with a hint of orange and sweet cloves.
Indian Nimbu - A delightful lemon and caramel tea infused into Darjeeling leaves.
Indian Spice-This blend of Assam tea, cinnamon, cardamon, & nutmeg will be steeped in water or milk, just let us know your preference. Add sugar or honey and you have Chai!
Mango- Bold tropical flavors and bits of dried mangos make for an enchanting afternoon treat. Tami's favorite black fruit tea.
Paris- This blend is reminiscent of one of the most popular blends in Paris. Featuring black currant, carmel, with a hint of lemony Bergamot and vanilla.Our top seller! Chef Adam makes our homemade crackers with Paris tea leaves.
Peaches and Ginger- A perfect balance of flavors, the peaches are enhanced by the spice of ginger and made perfect by the full-leaf Ceylon tea leaves.
Ragamuffin Blend- This black flavored tea was created especially for the person who insists they do not like tea. Cynthia Fore began with an Earl Grey base and fruit then created a favorite whether you like your tea hot or iced. Chef Adam uses this blend for our carmalized nuts.
Rose- Black teas delicately scented with roses & sprinkled with rose buds.
Valentine’s - Dark chocolate infused tea w/ romantic rose petals. Heavenly.
Vanilla- A natural sweetness and rich flavor makes this an irresistible delight.
HERBAL INFUSION (naturally caffeine-free)
African Autumn - South African Redbush (Rooibos) melds w/ cranberry & orange rind. Smooth & balanced, rich in antioxidants. Can add sugar or honey to taste.
Decaf Earl Grey - High quality Ceylon tea with the caffeine removed, but the depth of flavor left intact, then scented with a generous amount of natural Oil of Bergamot (A Fair Trade Tea)
Organic Passion Plum - Long on taste with no caffeine, this herbal brew delivers delicious taste with the added benefits of American Ginseng. (Kosher Certified)
Organic Peppermint - A whispering, lively brew, w/ a fresh finish. Provides comfort to a pesky stomach as well.
Peach Fruit "tea"- This is flavorful "tea" imported from Austria, full of chunks of peaches.
